1. General Policy

All payments made for the following are generally non-refundable, except in specific circumstances mentioned below:

Memberships or Program Registrations

2. Eligibility for Refund

Refunds may be granted under the following conditions:

A. Duplicate Payment

If you are charged twice for the same service, the excess payment will be refunded after verification.

B. Technical Issues

If a program cannot be accessed due to a verified technical issue on our side, and the issue cannot be resolved within 7 working days, a refund may be issued.

C. Program Cancellation by the Institute

If a paid program is cancelled by SIED Paramedical NTT Human Welfare Foundation, you will receive a full refund.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

Change of mind after payment

Inability to attend live classes or sessions

Providing incorrect personal or payment details

Program already accessed partially or fully

Issues caused by the user’s internet connection or device

4. Refund Request Process

To request a refund, please:

6. No Cash Refunds

All refunds are processed online only.

Cash or manual refunds are not provided.

7. Donations

All donations made to SIED Paramedical NTT Human Welfare Foundation are non-refundable, except in cases of accidental duplicate payments due to technical errors.
